To close your NabyPay Account, you must be the Account Owner, have access to the Account, and have the NabyPay App installed on your device.

⚠ Warning - This action is permanent, it cannot be reversed.

In the NabyPay App, go to:

  1. Account & settings

  2. Settings

  3. Close account

Upon your request to Close your NabyPay Account, you will immediately no longer be able to access your account or related information. This action is permanent and cannot be reversed. It will not be possible to use the same phone number again for up to 30 Days after your request to Close your NabyPay Account. If this is a problem, please contact us.
