Managing payment methods

How to enable/disable payment methods in the NabyPay app.

Steps

  1. Open the navigation menu

    Tap the icon ( ☰ ) in the top right.

  2. Tap 'Account & settings'

  3. Tap 'Payment methods'

    This will take you to your list of available and payment methods.

Enable a payment method

  1. Tap the add icon ( + ) next to the payment method you want to enable.

  2. Tap ‘Accept bank payments’ or ‘Accept card payments’, depending on your choice.

  3. Follow any setup steps required (if not already setup).

Disable a payment method

  1. Tap the options icon ( ⋮ ) next to the active payment method.

  2. Tap ‘Disable’.

  3. Confirm your decision.


Tips

  • You must have at least one active payment method to use the NabyPay app to send invoice or take payments by link or QR code.

  • Payment methods apply globally, they cannot be enabled or disabled per invoice, link or QR code.

  • Customers will only see the payment options you’ve enabled.
