The Get Paid screen will change depending on your NabyPay account status.
Status | Description |
Ready to get paid | You'll see your business photo (if added), business name, qr code, and the options 'Send pay link' and 'Enter amount'. |
Sync in progress | You'll see 'Sync in progress' while your Stripe account is connected to NabyPay, this may take several minutes. If there's a problem, contact NabyPay support. |
Account blocked | You'll see 'Account blocked' if there is a problem with your account. Contact NabyPay support. |
Pending verification | You'll see 'Pending verification' while background checks are completed by Stripe. If there's a problem, contact NabyPay support. |
Action required | You'll see 'Action required' if there is missing information from your Stripe account. Check the status of your Stripe account. If there's a problem, contact Stripe support. |
Account rejected | You'll see 'Account rejected' if your Stripe account has been rejected. You must contact Stripe support to resolve this problem. |
Account closed | You'll see 'Account closed' if your Stripe account has been closed. A Stripe account must be linked with NabyPay to use the app. You must contact Stripe support if you believe this is an error. |
