Editing customers

How to edit customers in the NabyPay app.

Steps

  1. Open the customer

    Go to Customers and tap on the invoice you want to edit.

  2. Open the actions menu

    Tap the floating button ( โ‹ฎ ) in the bottom right corner.

  3. Tap 'Edit'

    Confirm you want to make changes to the customer.

  4. Update customer details

    1. Toggle whether they are a person or business

    1. Enter the first and last name

    2. Add the business name (if a business)

    3. Enter the email address

    4. Add a phone number (optional)

    5. Enter the billing address

  5. Confirm details

    Tap 'Save customer' to save your changes.


Tips

  • Changes to a customer profile do not affect invoices already sent.

  • For existing invoices, you can choose whether to keep previous details or update them, look for a warning on the invoice.

  • Updated details will be used for all future invoices and autofill.
