Steps
Open the invoice
Go to Invoices and tap on the invoice you want to send.
Open the actions menu
Tap the floating button ( ⋮ ) in the bottom right corner.
Tap 'Send'
If it's already been sent, this will show as 'Resend'.
Choose how to send
Email – NabyPay sends a pre-written email with a link to view and pay the invoice online.
Share link – Copy a link you can send your way (text, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc).
Send the invoice
If using Email, tap 'Send now'.
If using Share link, tap 'Get share link' to copy it.
Tips
The invoice must be complete before it can be sent.
Customers can pay online directly from the link.
You can edit or resend an invoice anytime.
