I'm seeing 'Action required' in the NabyPay App

If you are seeing 'Action required' in the NabyPay app, don't panic. This just means that you need to provide more information to Stripe, either about you or your business, before you can take payments and receive payouts.

What to do next

  1. Check your Stripe account information

    Make sure your account information is up to date, accurate, and complete, even if the information isn't marked as required (*).

    This is the information Stripe require:

    For Individuals

    • Full legal name

    • Date of birth

    • Residential address

    • Government-issued ID (e.g. passport, driver’s license)

    • Selfie or photo verification

    • Bank account details (for payouts)

    For Businesses

    • Business name

    • Company registration number

    • Business address

    • Tax identification number (e.g. VAT, EIN)

    • Directors' or owners’ personal information (name, DOB, ID, address)

    • Ownership structure details

  2. Contact Stripe support

    If the previous step didn't work, you'll need to contact the lovely people over at Stripe support who will be able to help you resolve this, usually in minutes.
