If you are seeing 'Action required' in the NabyPay app, don't panic. This just means that you need to provide more information to Stripe, either about you or your business, before you can take payments and receive payouts.

Check your Stripe account information
Make sure your account information is up to date, accurate, and complete, even if the information isn't marked as required (*).
This is the information Stripe require:
For Individuals
Full legal name
Date of birth
Residential address
Government-issued ID (e.g. passport, driver’s license)
Selfie or photo verification
Bank account details (for payouts)
For Businesses
Business name
Company registration number
Business address
Tax identification number (e.g. VAT, EIN)
Directors' or owners’ personal information (name, DOB, ID, address)
Ownership structure details
Contact Stripe support
