Introduction

When registering with Stripe, which is required to use NabyPay, depending on your legal entity status, being either Self-Employed or a Registered Company, you may need to provide certain information to Stripe for the purpose of verifying your account.

NabyPay is only available for residents of the United Kingdom (?)


Self-Employed

Non-Registered Companies, including; Sole Traders and Partnerships.

What you may need:

  • Photo ID

  • Email Address

  • Verification Documents (Learn more)

  • Company Description

  • Company Website URL

  • Company Address

  • Bank Details


Registered Company

This means your Company is registered at Companies House. Simply, use the 'Search the register' page of Companies House to check whether your Company is listed.

If you are a Registered Company, your Companies House status must be Active.

Your Stripe account needs to be activated by someone with significant management responsibility or control over your company. If that is not you, please ask an authorised executive, senior manager, or business owner from your company to complete this form.

  • Company Legal Name

  • Company Number

  • Company Description

  • VAT Number (if applicable)

  • Beneficial Owner (if applicable)

  • Company Website URL

  • Company Address

  • Bank Details
