We usually reply to Live Chat messages within a few hours, but please bear with us as in peak periods it may take up to 24hrs for a response.

We have Live Chat setup in the NabyPay app, website, and here in our Help Centre.

  2. From the menu, tap 'Help'

  3. Tap "Send us a message"

  4. Write your message
